At Anchors Skateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that assembled custom complete skateboards and used decks are not eligible for return due to safety and resale standards.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in mint condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
