Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you ordered a custom-built complete, please allow an additional 24 hours for our shop team to professionally assemble and grip your board.

What is your return policy on skate decks?

We accept returns on decks within 30 days of purchase, provided they have not been gripped, skated, or mounted with trucks. All original packaging must be intact.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Anchors Skateshop ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

We process orders quickly to get you back on your board. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 1 hour of placing your order.
